We represent the leader in the satellite television industry, DIRECTV. On a daily basis we are training JUNIOR ACCOUNT REPS in some of the world‚s largest retailers! We help meet our client‚s needs by doing what we do best...BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. We spend time with our customers, educating them on the products and services DIRECTV offers, in turn helping them to acquire a new customer base. This same thought process flows through our company as we spend time mentoring, coaching, and training individuals to help us manage new locations.

Our compensations packages are aggressive, with most individuals earning above their guaranteed pay. ENTRY LEVEL individuals will start off earning $12.00 to $14.00 an hour with unlimited earning potential.

Our training program is geared to grow an entry level candidate into an area manager. We will not only educate and train you in the basic skills of marketing and sales which we refer to as "LIFE SKILLS," but focus on the fundamentals of basic business. Those that are successful with be given the opportunity to manage a territory and campaign in the PHOENIX area.
